We've got a couple of long journeys / waiting around over the summer and as part of the survival kit, want to pack a puzzle book.

Can anyone recommend an appealing puzzle/activity book. It would be nice to have a book with a variety of puzzles like word search, number puzzles, colouring, maybe stickers. And ideally a book that has some colour inside rather than just black & white. Fun rather than educational, iyswim.

Any suggestions?

For all-round activities, I’d recommend the Usborne Little Children's Activity Book. There are a couple of different editions. For children who can read pretty well, go for the Usborne Holiday Activity Book. We’ve also had their Travel Doodles book which was a bit hit with my eldest at that age.
My DC love the i-SPY series of books and they’re really cheap on Amazon.
Your dc are probably a bit young for Where’s Wally but at that age my dc enjoyed Where’s the Unicorn? Where’s The Dragon? and Where’s the Sloth? which aren’t as difficult as Where’s Wally
Melissa and Doug reusable sticker pads are excellent too.
