Best 2nd birthday gifts

Need help. I am finding nearly all toys seem to be for 3+ and the parents adhere to a strict policy of not using toys that have the 'wrong' age on them.

Clothing I just find so difficult. Have to buy for two boy twins and any help is much appreciated!!

My DD loved Duplo at that age (and still does!). There's loads of choices that are for the "correct" age as well. Failing that maybe some books?

There’s a cute little lawn mower in smiths that blows bubbles. It’s only £8. Wooden puzzles, playdough kits, lift the flap or noisy books, bucket and spade for summer trips to the beach??

Duplo/lego is my go to for any age.

Books? My DS got the entire Mr Men collection as a birthday present and we loved those stories.

A vet set like this, a lot of them are 3+ but this one days 2+

Some nice books, safe and reading is always a brilliant thing to do for kids.

Cuddly toy? DS got a lovely Peter Rabbit recently with sound.

a small watering can, my two both love the small adult watering cans and spend hours watering the garden! Patio chalk, good quality magic painting books. Very simple sticker books. Felt pens, pencil crayons or wax crayons.
Ive a 5 year old and an almost 2 year old. The youngest can play with all of the above.
