Does this sound like pcos and/or endometriosis?

I was on the pill from 14 to 28. As soon as I came off I gained a lot of weight and had awful cystic acne along my jaw line.

Naturally conceived 2DC, but had to take b6 at conception as I have a short (but regular) cycle of 22 days.

Since I had kids (youngest now 6) acne has slowly stopped but now replaced with a growing volume of lovely dark chin hairs!

I put on weight with the blink of an eye, especially around my lower abdomen.

I also get what I think is ovulation pain mid cycle where I get a severe pain that radiates around my lower tummy, between my legs and bum. It comes on quickly and I need to take paracetmol as soon as i get it but then that's it until the next month.

Other than the short cycle periods are normal and regular. I'm 41 now.

Does anyone else have similar symptoms? Does it sound like pcos, but without the irregular periods?

Also, how the hell do I lose weight, especially this lower belly fat!?

@MuddlingThroughLifeLittleByLittle sorry to hear you also have to manage these symptoms! It seems to be one of these things we are just expected to live with. I've just been reading up on foods that can help with pcos and foods that exacerbate it so think I need to rethink my whole diet unfortunately

I'm 41 and only recently diagnosed with PCOS. I've suffered from very heavy periods for the last 5 years, gaining weight, dark neck hair and craving carbohydrates.

I also conceived my 3dc quickly and naturally and periods are always every 28 days.

The consultant told me you only need to have two confirmed symptoms to be diagnosed.

My GP started me on metformin but that did nothing so I'm now on Ozempic to help lose weight and medication for my heavy periods.
