Does a negative pcr test get you a uk covid pass?

DS and his GF travelling to Majorca tomorrow. DS is fully vaccinated, so has a UK Covid pass. His GF hasn't had her booster jab, so is only partially vaccinated. She is awaiting PCR test result. Assuming its negative, will she get a Covid pass? (If not, she will have to fill in an FCS Health Control form instead).

Is it a private PCR she has taken for travel?
She should get a certificate/some proof of negative test from them. It won't be on the nhs covid pass.

Looks like she'd have to fill in the form anyway if not fully vaccinated or recovered from covid.

Was her 2nd vaccine more than 270 days ago? If not, she'd be considered fully vaccinated
