Asda van bumping in to my car

So I was on a very quiet road, indicating to get in to a parking space and this Asda van just went in to the back of my car, I pulled over and he/she just drove off, not much damage but a bit and I am so annoyed. Of course didn't get the reg number or anything, would it be worth contacting Asda?

Yes, definitely! They should be able to find which driver was on that road at that time. Pretty silly of the driver not to stop - maybe they panicked?

Yes, they’ll be able to track drivers in the area. Did the driver know they’d made contact?

Yeah call the store directly otherwise you won't get a response from them.

Their vans also have cameras but footage is only stored for 30 days so you need to contact them sooner rather than later.

Thank you all, yes the driver definitely knew he bumped me, I will contact them now

Hope you're ok, OP. Something like that is always a bit of a shock even if you're not injured or no major damage.

I'm sure Asda will certainly make their own checks, the fact one of their drivers left the seen of an accident without checking the level of damage (which Asda would need to know) and checking you were ok, they aren't going to be happy about. Not your problem though.
