Are MultiYork loose covers nigh on impossible to put on?

HaHa I have two multiyork chairs and yes its a struggle.
Did you watch your Dvd and do you have the wooden paddle thingy? I haven't and don't bother with it.
So---my advice is to put the main body of the cover on first, over the back and down toward the arms making sure the front and back have some cover equally then inch the cover down by yanking on the edges at the corners.
Don't try getting one side fully down all in a one-er.

There should be a long tough plastic paddle thing that saves your nails and works very well. Normally white with Multiyork in blue lettering.

I used to put mine back on when they were slightly damp.

I've only ever done it when they were wet. I don't think spraying them is going to be the same. I think it's because they shrink as they dry.

I do t have a paddle either. I use a wooden spatula.
