How much do you pay for after school childminder?

Hello I'm considering applying for a job and it would mean not being able to do school pick up for 3 days.

So I'd need someone to collect one 7yo and look after him until 6pm latest. 3 days a week.

I think I could use breakfast club in the morning.

Obviously I'll send out some enquiries this week (need to see if the school has a list of local childminders), but wondered if you could tell me what you pay? Thanks!

Ours is £3.50 per hour, per child. (And half that to hold the place in school holidays as we don’t need childcare then.) She doesn’t charge enough. She is absolutely amazing.

Most other childminders near us are £5 an hour.

Tax free childcare helps.

After school club £12 for 3.30-6.00 including a snack (sausage roll or cheese sandwich and squash)

ASC... £5 a day. I think we are very lucky! Its only open to 5.30 though

£5 an hour, and they get a lovely home cooked meal.

£20 including a meal and pudding. She charges £6 per hour plus £2 for the meal. We are in the SE.

Our childminder was £5 p/h so £15 for after school. Our after school club is around £14 a session so roughly the same
