Anyone want to try and work this timesheet out???

I work weekends in my 2nd job, just few hours Fri, Sat Sunday and get paid for the hours I do which can be different each night.

I didnt get paid my last Fri as took holiday. My boss didnt pay me when I should have been. He is renouned for doing this!!! Im going to message him now saying Im owed XXX for last Friday.

So Ive looked at the last 4 Friday's and averaged it. Can someone please check Ive done this right please.

16.50pm - 20.55pm
16.54pm - 21.29pm
16.56pm - 21.58pm
17.02pm - 20.42pm

Ive worked it out, the average I do on a Friday is around 4 hours 30mins

Am I right????

Average approx 4 hours 20 minites

Maybe 4 hours 23 mins at a push

Everywhere I've worked rounds down the hours to the last 15 mins. eg you would be paid

After 4 hours are you supposed to take an unpaid 15 minute break? Usually unpaid

I think it's 20mins every 6 hours?

It's a driving job, whilst waiting for deliveries we do hang around but if we have an order we have to go

How many hours you have worked may well be irrelevant as it will be paid by contract unless it states otherwise.
You really need to look at the wording.
