Hi all. Thinking of booking Chessington for first day of the summer holidays. Is it worth paying for the reserve and ride upgrades? Was planning to use Tesco Clubcard vouchers but doesn't look like they have the option. TIA.

You still queue with fast track tickets. A lot of schools break up on the Friday so if you’re going then you’ll miss a lot of queues cos the kids will still be at school.

wueues tend to move quickly enough until your maybe 10th from the front then they seem to go slow - all part of the fun. We do the popular rides at the very second the gates open and it fine they tend to get busy an hour or so after the gates open.

Thanks @KissThaRain My DDs break up on 21st so we'd be going on the Friday 22nd. Sounds like it's not worth paying for the extra then!

I've not been since I was a child but have a couple of Fridays booked off during the holidays which I'd like to do something fun with!
