Has anyone ever changed a holiday with TUI?

We booked a break away with tui for November
We now want to stay a few extra nights
Is this possible ?

Yes, we did this previously pre-Covid - extended our week long holiday to 10 days. We were able to do it via the website but we’d also spoken to them via DM on Twitter to get quotes for extending our stay.

I called them up and did it over the phone. No problem.
