Train strike - Greater Anglia - notice?

Hi
just had a friend cancel meeting up as she didn't know about the strike

neither did I but I'm in London

i'm just curious to know if they gave notice as she is saying they didn't. Tbh she has form for last minute cancellation and I have cooked lots and got her fave wine in.

Son told me on Thursday that there would be a strike today.
