Party tonight - dry cleaner lost dress

i’m after some advice.

Big black tie do tonight; first time wearing heels in about 3 years.

The dry cleaners have lost my dress.

What the hell do I do?

May have to wear shorts and t shirts.

What should I ask the dry cleaners?

Gosh that's awful. How close are you to a cit centre for shops?

The dry cleaner will have insurance. Put a claim in for compensation and treat yourself to a new outfit

I'd ask them to look again and more closely, how can they lose a dress? Is it a national chain, even if not all dry cleaners must have a process when this happens, ask them what it is

Will you be able to go out and buy a replacement?
