Why is there no "ad-free"/subscribe option on the Daily Mail?

And, let's be honest, most of us here have a look at it, even if we "hate-read" it...

WHY is there not an option to subscribe so that you don't see ads?

I'd defo pay £5 a month or whatever to be able to read it in peace without videos popping out.

And yeah why sub to such a misogynistic newspaper, blah, blah...interested to hear from any journalists or marketing folk as to why this option doesn't seem to exist.

A very good point. Why?

I would presume it’s because the amount of cash brought in from advertising will eclipse the income from any subs.
