I am partially sighted. Lots of people would not even realise in everyday life unless they see my massive font on my PC screen or my paper bank statements for the blind - on paper sheets and massive text.
But not doing online banking is a pain. I can phone up and get statement updates and make payments, but waiting times keep increasing.
Has anyone who knows about this managed to do online banking when they are partially sighted or helped someone else to? My concern is about mistakes. If I type the wrong letter my PC usually auto-corrects it, but if it does not it is not a disaster. I am really worried about typing the wrong numbers and transferring money to the wrong account, or transferring the wrong amount.
