A type of film camera

I'm trying to remember what this type of camera was called. It was very box-like, and the photographer looked down at it to see the image in the viewfinder, rather than holding it up to their eye like an SLR.

It was more used by professionals than amateurs. I think, but I'm far from certain, that it was more of a studio camera than outdoors camera.

Any idea?
