Hi I was wondering if any one has been through this. My ex was a very nasty man did some really horrible things to.myself and put my son in danger. My son is now 5 and have been do the supperving for visits. I don't feel like I can do it any more I've got support from a domestic abuse person. She has advised me to get a non molestion order with prohibited steps. I'm so scared as I'm worried I will have to face him in court I'm not sure I can even get the words out if I had to speak. Has anyone been through this ? Can you explain the process ? I have a solicitor appointment coming up and not sure if i should go
