Fuck! Baby shade stuck in car window!

Argghhhhh!!!!

Without thinking i put rear window down. It has one of those sticky baby shades for the window attached. Now my electric window won't go back up 🙈🙈🙈

Any ideas what i can try ?? Have put thin things down window to try and unstick it a bit, but still won't go back up enough so i can grab the shade and yank it out!

Ah man this happened to me!

I used tweezers to grab a tiny bit, wiggled it a lot and kept trying to put the window back up. Eventually the window went up a bit, enough to get a better grip on the shade and I could pull it out (it ripped to pieces).

Have you got a wire coat hanger you could hook through the fabric?

Haven't got any unfortunately. Trued a plastic one to no avail 😞

Sounds like you need to take the door panel off to reach it.

if you can peel the bottom window seal off that will give you a gap and you can stick the seal back on again after.

haynes manual would tell you how to get the door off.

if you don’t have a metal coat hanger, do you have a bottle brush? Unwind the handle, that should do it.
