Offblak are a tea company (herbal, fruit teas etc) that you can get sent packs through the post as regular 'subscriptions' as well as buying individually. They are also stocked in Holland & Barratt etc.
I've had a subscription for one of their teas for ages, and suddenly realised the other week I hadn't received any for a while. Website says 'Our online order system is temporarily unavailable, please contact [email protected] if you have any questions or issues.'
Usually they're pretty good at replying but I've emailed and had no response.
Last subscription on my account is just not marked as dispatched. (You don't get charged til it's dispatched so I haven't lost money).
Social media has always been patchy is pretty dead. Should I assume they're no longer in business?
