Can I transfer mobile tickets for a concert?

I have tickets from Eventim for a concert next week that are mobile tickets (not e tickets). We can no longer attend and someone at my sisters work has offered to buy them.

Is it possible for me to transfer and if so how? I cannot work out how to do this on the Eventim site and there is no way to physically speak to them - all done by email and taking about 7 working days to get any replies.

Does anyone know if there is anyway to get the tickets to sisters colleague? Thanks

I got some via ticketmaster and it was possible to transfer. So yes, I imagine it’s the same with any similar platform

There was a feature on the e-tickets where I could choose to transfer and inserted the recipients email. Once they accepted, my tickets were no longer valid. They’d have to pay you separately

These are mobile tickets and not e tickets I think there may be a difference? I cannot see where to do this but there is a good chance I am being thick.

Have you tried downloading the EventimUK app? I think you can view your tickets and share them with someone there.

I think you would have to ask the person to transfer the cash to you separately.

obv u need to log into the app with the Eventim account details you booked with.
