And I’m sick of paying out on. Takeaways that are ranks so please teach me how to make this myslef and ideally better than restaurants

Can absolutly recommend the Dishoom cookbook. It doesn't have a chicken tikka masala, but has chicken ruby murray and chicken tikka (made with vinegar) is devine.

Gordon Ramsay does a really nice recipe I use all the time
