I've been offered this role that pays around £90k plus bonus (industry standard for bigger players). However, I don't think I have enough experience and would potentially not pass my probation. I love my current role and I would say my boss will be promoted soon and I'm the most likely replacement (so I would inherit her role as director, ultimately goal is to become VP).
