Had a bump and didn't exchange details

Earlier today another car reversed into me in a car park. No damage to other car but mine was scuffed. I'm a new driver so although it was minor with no injuries or serious damage, I was in total shock. As the damage appeared to be superficial, we agreed not to exchange details. In hindsight that was stupid but as I say I was just so shocked. Anyway upon further inspection my bumper seems to be a bit loose, I'm getting my dad to come and have a look and see if it's just something needs popping back into place or if there is serious damage. I'm hoping not to have to make a claim but will definitely tell my insurance, but how when I don't have details? I've got dashcam footage, his reg plate, and a witness, but I don't have his name or address. My head is spinning from the whole thing

This, just contact your insurance company with all the details and they’ll pick it up.
