Coffee machine recommendations for nice lattes

I love a milky latte and decided to invest in a coffee machine. Any recommendations for ones that make them with milk rather than water?

I don't know any coffee machine that will push milk through coffee. Is that a thing?

I have a Delonghi bean to cup machine with a milk jug attachment. I can change the amount of water pushed through each shot and also the amount of coffee put into each shot.

The milk jug is separate so I can keep it in the fridge, and I can have steamed milk with no froth, a bit of froth or bubbly froth.
