If you WFH how do you stay active?

I WFH (and always have even pre -covid) but the biggest difference this time is that I have a toddler and expect to cover normal 9-5/6 hours. There's tons of flexibility in the sense that I can do yoga/HIIT/barre as long as I can go back to my laptop at any given time. I used to run, but obviously long distance running isn't compatible with this, plus it isn't the best option given my chronic anemia. I've noticed that I've gained 1st (or thereabouts) and losing it would take me back to my happy place. I currently do 30mins of dance cardio + 10 mins HIIT + 20mins yoga 5 times a week. That should be more than enough, right? On average I eat 1500 daily calories and also walk the dog, but apart from that I'm stuck sitting at my desk.

Found one!

You’ve got your dog on backwards.

I base it on the calories on the packages. I don't eat cake (well apart from my birthday last week) and a 200g chocolate bar should last me 2-3 months. Our toddler has his food at nursery (so no leftovers) and I base my calories burnt on my Garmin that has HR tracker, but even then I know that's likely to be overestimated.

You should put your pic on MyBodyGallery, OP. No one else there has your weight+height combo.

I will! It looks like I might have lost 1kg so far this week, it could be down to normal fluctuations, so I won't know until I have enough data.
