Why am I feeling so cold?

I'm wrapped up in bed in a big duvet, it must be at least 21C in here and I'm freezing cold and shivery. I don't have a temperature and my skin feels cold to touch. I don't feel ill or have any other symptoms.

Could this be hormonal? The beginning of an illness? Never experienced anything like this before and it feels v weird.

If you don't normally feel cold, then probably the beginning of a bug of some kind.
Wrap up, warm milky drink, paracetamol and sleep. Feel better soon

I get cold with uncontrollable shivers when I have a virus. You could be coming down with something.

MammaWeasel · 27/06/2022 01:46

I have spent the weekend shivering my way through a bout of d&v.....I hope you do not start puking!

This was my son’s first covid symptom, so could be that or a different illness.

caringcarer · 27/06/2022 02:38

Penguintears · 27/06/2022 03:00

Hmm thanks. Definitely not pregnant. I also can't sleep. I guess most likely to be covid so will test in the morning.
