Armpit smell in four year old

Hi,

Over the last month I've noticed a strong bo smell in my four year old daughters armpits. She's clean and her clothes are always clean/dry. Does anyone know if this is something to be worried about?

It's a pain trying to see the dr at the mo but I could try get a call- or should I start deodorant?
