Need to move from London for more space - Where to?

Looking at locations outside of london.
Criteria:
Need a school that starts from reception through to Y13 can be private but not too expensive. 10k-15k per year.
House budget 300k max min 3 bed with garage or storage for bikes etc
Within a 90 min drive to nearest international airport.
Needs to be near coast (15-20 mins drive max) preferably for surfing, water sports, for children to play.
Can be UK or abroad.

The above criteria I believe 🤔 rules out Cornwall, Devon, Wales and the South coast, would be open to North England, Scotland, Portugal, Spain or worldwide as we work online.
Any suggestions most welcome 🙏

NE coast around Newcastle?

How often do you fly? Seems the 90 minute drive requirement will remove a lot of possibilities.

Yes I should have added that we travel at least 3 times per year due to family abroad so an airport nearby is useful

Yourlittlesecret sounds like a good option - do you know about schools and areas to live in that region of Newcastle?

the Coast around Newcastle - Whitley Bay, Tynemouth etc was my first thought but I don’t think you’ll get 3 beds and a garage for £300k in the better areas or close to the Metro (I’d be living there if you could!!)

Have a look at the Ayrshire coast. I’ve no idea what schools are like but you’d be close to beaches and within reach of Glasgow airport.

OK, so if it's Newcastle. We don't really want to be right by the coast as we will need to do school driop offs to Jesmond/city centre areas. What would be nice areas to live equidistant from Whitley Bay/Tynemouth and Jesmond/city centre?
