Urgent - where can I buy pyjamas near Kings X station

I’m en route to a work trip and just realised I’ve forgotten my pjs! I’m changing trains at Kings Cross/ St Pancras and have time to dash somewhere to buy something. Is there anywhere? Without having to spend £££ on designer ones. (My pj game is weak, to say the least…)

In the euro train side there are lots of shops, sure you’ll find some.

White Company in the station. They have a sale on.

BotCrossHuns · 26/06/2022 12:40

Fat face is in both KX and St P I think.

Flockameanie · 26/06/2022 12:41

Yup thanks. All quite fancy shops though. I don’t have the £££ for Calvin Klein pjs. Where’s a Primark or M&S when you need one!

As PP say, loads of shops in St P station.

FAQs · 26/06/2022 12:42

There is an M&S there and it sells essentials.

Flockameanie · 26/06/2022 12:42

Sorry - my reply was for @FAQs!

thanks for the other suggestions. Didn’t realise there was a clothes M&S tbere. Thought it was just a food one

The M and S in St Pancras is mainly food but I think it also does a small selection of clothes

Findahouse21 · 26/06/2022 12:45

Is anyone going to see your jammies? If not I'd just buy a basic t-shirt in a bigger size as likely to be much cheaper than specific pyjamas

Flockameanie · 26/06/2022 12:47

You never know @Findahouse21!

OP posts:
fernz · 26/06/2022 12:47

I was going to say the same as PP, unless you'll be spending time with others dressed in your pyjamas, just get a t-shirt to wear with knickers?

Flockameanie · 26/06/2022 12:47

Not unless there’s a middle of the night fire alarm in the hotel

There is an accessorise at st Pancras, they usually sell pyjamas and have a 50% sale on at the moment

tigerbear · 26/06/2022 12:52

Can’t you just wear nothing, unless of course you’re sharing a room?
If not, as others have said, the M&S there def does basics, if not pyjamas, there are def basic T-shirts etc

ronswansonstache · 26/06/2022 12:52

There's two M&S in st Pancras so make sure you head to the right one. The one at the back near the Wetherspoons sells a limited selection of clothing but the one near the Eurostar platforms is good only xx

ronswansonstache · 26/06/2022 12:53

*food only

DrSophia · 26/06/2022 12:55

Not sure if you realise but there are two Marks and Spencer stores at St Pancras. Only one of them sells clothes.

There is a small food only branch close to the eutostar terminal but there is another one next to the large Boots store /close to the ticket office. Hth.

N1C · 26/06/2022 12:55

As people have said there are shops in the station such as M&S which has clothes but if you have time you could also nip to coal drops yard which is about 10 mins walking. There's plenty of shops there such as COS.

DrSophia · 26/06/2022 12:56

Oops crossed posts with @ronswansonstache

dustandroses · 26/06/2022 13:04

How long have you got to change trains?

I would wear nothing if not sharing. Will the hotel have dressing gowns?

Can you shop at your destination?

BotCrossHuns · 26/06/2022 13:22

Quite a lot of the Fat Face ones are on sale at the moment as well. They do vests/shorts/pants/t-shirts combinations so not all expensive
