i wonder if anyone out there has the expertise to help me with this conundrum.
My DP has a British and an Australian passport. We live in the UK. His family live in Australia. He is looking to travel back to Australia for the summer via America (stop over). He needs to get an ESTA for America. He has applied for one on his Australian passport which he will use on his journey out. He plans to travel back to the UK on his British passport. He (and his family) believe travelling on these passports this way round saves time with immigration, security etc. Will he need to apply for another ESTA on his British Passport? Or is he better off travelling on one passport for the whole trip?
