Was it easy enough to get the train from Brussels or do I need to pre book?
Any advice gratefully received. Thanks

Yes I have. It was very easy, there were about three trains an hour from Brussels to Bruges and your ticket allows you to get any of them.

Yes it was easy peasy but that was in the days when it ran from Waterloo to Ashford. its a pain in the arse now if you live in Kent because you have to go all the way to St Pancras to start the journey. I lived in London at the time so convenient but now I live right near the bloody chunnel!

I think we changed at Lille at the time. Very fast

It's sounding very doable. I will be travelling down to London from Manchester so will have a night there before carrying on the Eurostar
