What happens if you miss your Eurostar due to your U.K. train being delayed?

Do they take sympathy on you and let you on the next one for free? How strict are they with having to check in two hours before it leaves? If you’re there an hour before are you ok?

You don't need two hours. Basically so long as the lines aren't long, you can arrive just before. But if you miss it, that's on you.

You should be fine! It just depends how busy it is at that end... They've let me through at very short notice before but that was pre brexit. I am not sure if it has been different recently. Good luck!
