A Boy Called Alex was such a great documentary and one that I'd love to see again.

What do you wish that you could watch again?

I wish I had never watched The West Wing, 24, Borgen, Sherlock, Shetland and could watch them all now. I am wanting a good series right now and have nothing that has caught my eye - I loved all those first time round!

It used to be 'dreams of a life' (about Joyce Vincent) but I was naughty and found I could get it via downloading it illegally. Fascinated with that case, but so so sad.

Do you mean watch again as in as if you’ve not seen them before, so you get the opportunity to have all the surprises etc again? Or do you mean shows that are no longer available that you’d like to watch again?

If the former, I would love to watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer again from the beginning - and Angel (the spin-off series) too. I’d love to watch Grey’s Anatomy again with fresh eyes too!

If you meant the latter, I’m struggling as most series are available somewhere. Maybe stuff I watched as a kid - original Knight Rider series (only available if you pay for it now), Knightmare, Fun House, etc!

I was thinking the latter but it's interesting to hear about both so whichever people wish to share.

There was a wonderful Storyville documentary called The Baby and the Buddha about the disciple of a dead Buddhist lama looking for the baby in which his master’s spirit had been reincarnated.

That sounds fascinating and the Storyville documentaries are usually excellent. I want to watch that now.

Just want to add for people hankering after a series, I watched The Sopranos recently (only about 20 years too late) and it was fantastic. Has left a hole in my media life now! DVD box set cheap as anything in eBay.
Picking up old but good series on DVD might open a new viewing world for things you've missed/want to see again.
