It’s my sister’s wedding next weekend and she would like to buy some wheels of cheese. We are trying to figure out the best place to go? She thinks Tesco maybe 🤔

Local cheese shop- much better variety.

Definitely a local cheese shop / farm shop / deli type place but you might need to pre-order.

Thank you, there are some nice ones around. I think she’s over spent a bit and has realised she doesn’t have much left for cheese!

A wheel of cheese is a hell of a lot of cheese! Is she sure that's what she really wants?

Yup, she has 200 people coming in the evening and 25 children.

Costco type place

M&S sell them to pre-order as a stacked cheese "wedding cake".

You can probably pre-order from a supermarket with a cheese counter.

If your local tesco has a deli counter where they cut bits off cheese - then yes. If you have a Booths nearby they definitely do.

Or order on line.

I got several cheese wheels from our local butcher (also sell deli items) for a party-discussed what I wanted and the sizes and put together myself.

Asked the local florist to do a small spray for the top.

Whist still eye wateringly expensive, was still cheaper than ordering a cheese cake.
