Ideally £300 or less 😆

But happy to spend a bit more if it's not possible to get a good one that cheap

Thank you in advance !

This thread is from last year so some of the suggestions may be out of date, but we've recently updated our best air conditioner page with lots of great Mumsnet-approved options to help you beat the heat this summer! We hope it's useful.

Currently lovely and chilled by an Arlec one I bought from Homebase about five years ago. I vent it out of the bedroom window with a kit that Velcro’s to the frame.
pits brilliant and in constant use, especially in my peri hot sweats.

£100 off at the moment, but I think I paid about £249 for mine.

The one I linked is more powerful than the other (9000 BTU to 5000BTU). I've got two, had one 18 months and it's been great and not let me down yet. Was nearly £300 earlier in the year but come down to £250 recently so an absolute steal I would say.

Hi, I was just wondering if you purchased either of these and whether they were any good?
