Friends for Daughter in Hertford

My daughter is visiting me for the summer. She is now 12, soon to be 13.
She does not have friends in Hertford as she has grown up in Northern Spain.
She speaks perfect English, Spanish and OK French. In my eyes she is a good person with a warm heart, She likes fashion, is relatively sporty and very active.
I'm looking for any social events, clubs, groups or even individuals were my daughter can start to build her own friendship group.
Looking forward to hearing ideas or even introduction.

I'm located in the Ware, Herford area.

There is a leisure centre in ware, wodson park
Try also "ware and Hertford mums" group on Facebook much more helpful than MN

I second the recommendation of joining ware and Hertford mums group and asking on there. Also maybe look into the summer school clubs? I think sele school do a sporty holiday club during the summer, possible other local schools might too.

Also maybe have a look at courtyard arts and see if they're doing any clubs/courses over the summer.. I can't think of anything else right now but if I see any events coming up I'll come back on with links :)
