Has anyone experienced anything similar. My 5 year old had been suffering the last couple of nights. He has a very slight pin prick rash across his cheeks. Very light pink in colour and small, not widespread but still noticeable. Come bedtime he also gets a raised temperature which I have to give Calpol to bring my down. He sweats a lot until the temp comes down. By morning he's fine, temp gone but still a slight rash.
Any ideas. He's well in himself otherwise?
