Weekend away with 2 kids….tell me something I’m forgetting to pack

Next week we are heading to legoland for a 3 night break (if you can call it a break!) staying in an off site hotel.

kids are 6 and 2 and I’m certain I’m forgetting something but mind has drawn a total blank - what do you always forget when going away?

we aren’t taking the car and I think that’s what’s got me in a total flap!

Calpol. Flannels for faces.

I also came on to say medicine! Pack of wipes, spare clothes, sun lotion.

Calpol!!! How on earth id forget it with a teething toddler is beyond me: but forget I have! Thankyou!

Plasters, antiseptic wipes, sting relief cream, waterproofs, a fleece (this is Britain!) pack of playing cards never failed to entertain mine, swimwear ?

Bite and sting cream (wasps)

Sun cream, hats, comfy shoes, water bottles, snacks (I’ve never been but assuming on-site food is £££)
I usually forget toothbrushes and toothpaste as they’re the last to get packed and by then I’m flapping about closing tiny bathroom windows and checking I have the house keys for the 10th time… fun times 😅

Oh these are great - I have a mini first aid kit but I actually have 0 idea what’s in it bar plasters and a safety pin hah! Thankyou

swim stuff i seem to remember a water playground ...

If there is a water feature: cheap towels...they are thinner and lighter. I love my Tesco value bath sheets for holidays.

Plastic bags.

Spare pants and shorts?
