Does anyone know if when bidding on a property does the house always go to the highest bidder (no 1)
Reading it appears that top applicants are shortlisted but I wondered if this really is the case, I'm currently bidding on a property and I'm placed 4th due to medical grounds though hoping this changes today once the police have provided there evidence
