What job if not teaching?

I'm seriously thinking of leaving teaching. But what alternatives could I do without retraining?
I'm Primary and SEN trained. I'm open to doing supply a few days and maybe tutoring? Anything else?

Adult education though you would have to a further qualification (can be done online apart from classroom observation). If you took a CELTA/ Trinity Tesol you could get into EFL / EAL teaching. Students are finally coming back over for English classes now and the work is far easier than teaching in a school (I would think)... fewer behavioural issues and definitely less paperwork.

For most jobs I think you'll need to retrain.

You could do supply or look for a role in education services/local authority.. My dsis now works for a company that checks the qualifications of overseas students who apply to study in the U.K.

It depends what part of teaching you want to get away from.
