Chicken salad with some boiled eggs I have just perfected making in the air fryer! I’m on the one week countdown until my holiday so trying to be as good as possible.

I am having cold dominos that my daughter got free at work last night 😀 She brings home a free large pizza at least twice a week which is not helping my waistline! But have avoided having any for weeks now - today though I just really want a slice!

Think it's time I got a job there 😂

They often ask her to work late at the last minute and she will only agree if she can make a pizza to take home 🤣 she comes home with large pizzas, Dough balls and cookies! You would be amazed how many people order and pay for pizza then don’t turn up to collect them so the staff have them 😮
My normal lunch is fish or chicken with salad or leftovers from the night before. Failing either of those it is always eggs in whatever forms. I love eggs! But I can’t cook an omelette so if anyone has got a fail safe method please!

Chicken salad - massive naturally 'coz I'm a proper mumsnetter, a cappuccino and a lemonade ice lolly. Delicious

Smoked salmon, smoked mackerel, coleslaw, tomatoes with basil leaves, lettuce, chopped peppers, spring onions, cress. I like to imagine that I'm overseas in this weather 😂

Homemade guacamole and a few tortilla chips, small pitta, hummus, a few olives, celery and strawberries

Tuna may sandwich and a galaxy cake bar, might splurge and open a bag of mini cheddars too

Me and poorly DD had pasta salad.
She didn't eat all of it with being unwell but she gave it a good go which is more than she's done for the last few days.

Usually a salad or something equally virtuous but for today... just had a lovely fish finger bap 😋 with salad cream ftw

@Quackpot tbf it was nice, i'm just bored of counting calories and planning every meal in advance and weighing every damn thing that passes my lips!
