DH and I are off to NYC next week on the way to visit family. Any recommendations for what to see/do/eat would be gratefully received, thanks 😊

We walked the Highline, absolutely fab. Lots of places to eat along the way. We got the ferry to Staten Island just to go past the Statue of Liberty and on the way back you can go past the twin towers site. Lower East Side was interesting and the walk across the bridge into Brooklyn. You will have a ball. Enjoy!

Enjoy! Can't go wrong really, it's NYC!

You'll have to do some touristy stuff. The highline, Brooklyn bridge, Central Park? Go somewhere to get a skyline view, there are some free options/bars where you only need buy a drink.

The Highline isn't as great as people say. I wouldn't waste my time doing it if you only have 2 days.

Get a taxi to drop you in Brooklyn and walk back over the bridge to Manhatten. Lovely view of the city as you come back in.

Statue of Liberty, even if you don't climb it is worth a visit.

9/11 memorial site.

Times Square at night.

View from Top of the Rock.

Central Park.

Dos Caminos Mexican in Times Square is incredible. You’ll need to book online!

Has anyone just hung out in any cool areas, or all touristy stuff? Anyone sampled Brooklyn and DUMBO?
