I would say that's the colour hazel. It's a light brown verging on green.

Mine are the same . Pink really makes the green pop.

First and third look as though they are the same person.
Same colour as mine anyway, depending on how positive I feel about myself I describe them as green, ...........or mud 🙄

OP do you have any health issues in your upper abdomen? Liver ok?

In the close ups they look hazel. In the one further away it looks more grey. Not sure how one PP can't see the brown. There's loads of light brown flecks.
