Why don't Waitrose have the stuff I order

Every week I get tons of substitutes/ things not available. Other supermarkets seem to be hugely more reliable. Also I get my order from a warehouse not a shop so it's not even as if people are popping in and clearing the shelves.

Is it a Brexit / Ukraine thing? And if so why are other supermarkets better at stocking?

Must be a local issue. My Waitrose order is usually correct with occasional substitutions that are generally acceptable.

That's interesting. Must be a local issue. I'm going to write to them. I'm in central London.

My waitrose is excellent for stock. On the rare occasion they haven't got something they give me a better (than I could afford) substitute for the same price
They've never just said they haven't got it

Ooo dunno. I get my online shop pfrom Waitrose and it's picked from the local store. I'm in the north and we very rarely get subs
