Visited this year with friends. What a total rip off!
I was really looking forward to it but what a disappointment.

Had to pay extra to see the cooking demonstrations from the headlining chefs.
Mary Berry felt very rushed and she was constantly checking her watch for time.

Difficult to find lunch and ended up paying £12 for a very small amount of tasteless salad inside a wrap.

shocked…….

Oh that's disappointing to hear.

I've always wanted to go and to combine it with the BBC Gardeners World show.

Was there much to see and do?

Do t fancy getting ripped of for a few leaves and a tortilla.

That’s exactly what I thought when we booked it. Sadly just a total rip off 😞

I remember going years ago and being very very disappointed with the food. It's so weird but I guess the venue insists only their caterers which, as you say, are overpriced crap! Annoying when you're surrounded by so much nice food ideas!
Shame you have to pay more to see the shows though!

Total shame! Expected better from the BBC

We have gone to the Glasgow one a few times but was very disappointed the last couple of times and won’t go again.

it should be a chance for local producers to show their wares but I think the organisers want too much for a stall. Last time we went most of the food stalls were exactly the same serving the exact same overpriced food. Sad and disappointing
