Saunton Sands - North Devon - the kids will love the pool and the surfing lessons.

Watergate Bay - Cornwall

Coworth Park near Ascot
The Four Seasons Hampshire (equestrian centre, great kids facilities and playground, splash pool etc)
The Fish hotel in Broadway (Cotswolds) is fab too, they have luxury tree houses as well as rooms

McDonald in Bath is very nice- great pools and spa

Oakley court nr Windsor very good too - lovely pools and there was a pop up soho house there too
