Wasn't there a character in the Magic Roundabout who was a TV set?

Am I going mad thinking that there was? DD was drawing this evening and showed me an anime style character based on an old fashioned TV set, with aerial.

I said it was like the grumpy TV set in the Magic Roundabout and tried to google for pics.

I can't find any trace of it.

Have I imagined this? Was it on another show?
