Got into a terrible teatime rut of eating the same four recipes from What Mummy Makes over and over and it's driving me slightly nuts and probably doing nothing to expand DD (20mo) taste horizons. I had a great thread a while back asking for your super quick weeknight dinner recipes - got some great ideas but many reliant on lots of salty flavourings (which don't get me wrong, I love) or not mega balanced in terms of veg vs protein etc. So I thought I'd try for another one but this time with a focus on recipes that can be not too salty and automatically contain a decent balance of protein, veg, carbs (the one thing I really CBA with on a weekday night now is making a side salad). Our schedule is tight so it really has to be 30 mins from the point of entering the kitchen!
