Is there an overground train that goes from st Pancras to a reasonable distance from Wembley stadium (I'm happy to get a cab for part of the journey?)

I actually lived in London for years but I'm a little rusty, despite being previously brilliant at avoiding the underground!!

Not that I can think of - but you could get the 205 bus to Marylebone and then it's just one stop on the train to Wembley Stadium train station?

Wembley Park on the Met Line. It's a ten-min walk from there.

Sorry, you'll need to go on Tube or bus from St Pancras (Kings X) to Baker Street.

Walk to Euston and get the overground to North Wembley

So I can go overground from Baker St?

I can't go on the tube and lived in London for many many years and never went on it 😂

Argh! You said overground!! Cab from St Pancras to Marylebone, then overground one stop on the Chiltern Line to Wembley Stadium station.

Marylebone line?

Walk to Euston then get the Overground to Wembley Central.
