If you’re a care worker at nursing home best ‘thank you’

If you’re a care worker could you let me know the best ‘thank you’ present you’ve had or would like?

my DF does this week and everyone caring for him was fantastic- esp his key worker. We want to thank them and maybe get them something they can share or will appreciate- perhaps something nice for the staff room? I was thinking a velvetiser or some gadget (I think Soda Stream quite expensive), or what else would be nice?

a massive tin of biscuits seems a bit lame…

thanks for ideas

More pay obviously but a thank you card and biscuits/ chocolates that type of this. I’d appreciate them

Flowers sorry for your loss.
My mum's wonderful care home has a wishlist on Amazon but that's for things for the residents mainly.
I tend to send posh chocolates for the staff.
