Get in the bath with muslin bag of oats and a cap of savlon to stop infection and dry them out. Then paint yourself in calamine lotion to settle the itch.

Have a bath or shower with head and shoulders this really brings them out. Sorry about your gen do and I hope u feel better soon

Use Head & Shoulders as bubble bath, it really helps with the itching.
